2025 Women of Impact
Women for a Better Artesia have announced the inaugural Artesia Women of Impact, designed to honor, and celebrate the outstanding contributions of women who have made a significant impact on the well-being and development of our community. This initiative aims to highlight the achievements and leadership of women who have gone above and beyond to create positive change and inspire others.

Eligibility Criteria

Nominee must be a woman residing in Artesia.

Contributions should have a direct and positive impact on the community.

Nominee must be 18 years of age as of January 1, 2025.
Nomination forms can be picked up at Artesia Daily Press, KSVP Radio, Artesia Chamber of Commerce and will be accepted through February 2025
Nomination categories include women in the following industries: Athletics, Creative/Arts, Elected Official, Education, Entrepreneur, Healthcare, Oil & Gas, and Philanthropy/Non-Profit.
A panel of community leaders and representatives will review the nominations and select individuals based on the depth and breadth of their contributions, leadership qualities, and the lasting impact of their work. The selected women will be honored and recognized at a special event dedicated to celebrating their achievements.
